We operate on a subscription basis, so your plan renews weekly, with payment taken once a week.
All you need to do is reheat!
Our meals can be microwaved or heated in the oven
Microwave:
Peel back the plastic seal at the corners of the meal slightly and heat for 3 minutes from chilled, or 7.5 minutes from frozen.
Oven:
Peel back the plastic seal at the corners of the meal slightly and heat for 25 minutes at 180 degrees from chilled, or 45 minutes at 180 degrees from frozen.
Heating appliances do vary, so please do ensure the food is piping hot in the middle prior to eating
Our meals are chef prepared and delivered fresh, so typically they have a refrigerated shelf life of about 3-5 days. Select items (such as breakfasts) are best eaten first, so we usually suggest enjoying these meals within the first few days of receiving your order, but you can always check their exact use-by date on the back-of-pack nutrition label.
If you’re ever unable to finish your meals within their shelf life, you can always pop them into the freezer for extended storage. Just be sure to microwave your meal straight from the freezer and add a few extra minutes to reach the 75° C internal temperature we recommend

Yes, most of our meals use halal-suitable ingredients however we do offer some pork meals too.

Yes, of course! All our meals are designed by a professional dietitian and prepared under their supervision. Therefore, you can be sure that our diet is balanced and nutritious.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer delivery anywhere in the mainland UK. Certain parts of Scotland are outside the 24-hour courier network and unfortunately, we're unable to deliver there.
We don't currently deliver to Northern Ireland or any of the Channel Islands. We hope to be able to deliver here in the future!
On the day of delivery, we’ll email & text you a link to track your package, along with your 1 hour delivery slot.
Just a head's up, the tracking link might not be sent until the package is picked up by our delivery partner and scanned, this can be up until 11am on the morning of your delivery.
Prior to your deadline, you'll see a "Change
meals" button under the selected meals, letting you know you can still
make changes.
After midnight on Wednesday deadline has passed, your card
will be charged and the order placed. Once this happens, changes aren't able to
be made.
If you're having any troubles, feel free to chat with us so
we can lend a hand.
No need to wait around. Since our meals are perishable, our delivery partners will leave your package at your door - A signature isn't needed.
Our packaging is made to keep your meals nice and cool for 12 hours waiting at your door.
A friendly head's up, it's totally okay if your gel packs arrive partially melted! Your meals should still be cool to the touch.
You can always add special instructions to the second address line (like a gate code). If you have special needs or concerns about your delivery, chat with our Delivery Team at EMAIL and we'll do our best to help.

We deliver once per week on Sunday.
Yes, our food trays and sauce pots are recyclable, and the film lid can be recycled with soft plastics. Our ice packs can be reused or emptied (washed down the sink with warm water) and recycled. Additionally, our outer packaging, including the insulation and cardboard box, is recyclable.
Delivery costs £6 per delivery.
